1)MinaKushi- MY OTP Y'ALL!! :D I don't know what it is, but I love them. :3 I mean, how cool and completely, wonderfully dysfunctional must they have been to produce Naruto?

2)Squirt-Guns- :D I love them. :) Something about squirt guns just makes me really happy. Maybe because it feels like the perfect toy for summer or maybe the best one to remember your child hood. I don't know, but I like them so much they are in my default icon!

3)Fanfiction- If I'm on the computer I'm reading this. I have been reading it since I was in middle school and writing it since I was a sophomore in highschool. (my first fanfiction was a Kal-El/Bruce Wayne/Diana threesome. It's still on my journal.) (Which makes me wonder why I haven't finished any MinaKushi smut!)

4)Romance- :/ MAN. WHY THIS ONE? I don't see myself as a particularly romantic person, but I do like reading good romance. I think some times it's cheesy, but there's nothing wrong with that. I think it's great when people are stupid-in-love with each other, but I've never been like that, so maybe I lack some appreciation for it. I hope I write it well at least! :)

5)Kushina- my favorite character. I see her as someone who would have been very positive and people would have gravitated toward her without her noticing. I don't think she would have known right off that Minato was in love with her even if she did notice him checking her out all the time. Also she has red hair like me! :D WIN.

Okay, it's summer!! Yay?

I miss my friends from college, I don't like living at home, and the more time I spend with people the more I remember why I don't have a lot of friends.

When I go without people for a long time I get a strong urge to go hang out with people and make friends. BUT THEN!! Then I remember why I didn't hang out with them earlier. And why I don't have a lot of people I regularly call on as 'friends.'

I am a positive person. It's not hard for me to be outgoing or to make friends in new places. BUT HERE IS THE THING. I DO NOT NEED YOU AS A FRIEND. I WILL BE FINE WITHOUT YOU. AS MUCH AS IT SUCKS TO BE ALONE I HAVE DONE IT BEFORE AND IT IS BETTER THAN HANGING OUT WITH ASSHOLES. TRUE FACT.

If I consider you a friend, I have chosen you. It did not happen, as many will say, by accident. I have evaluated your character and personality and deemed you as someone A) likeable and B) not a jerk. If I do not consider you a 'friend,' it does not mean I dislike you. It may come down to something as silly as 'our personalities aren't compatible,' but it frequently means I don't like hanging out with you.

SO, when I end up hanging out with my good friend and some mutual acquaintances, I REMEMBERED ALL THIS.

You see, there is this girl who I knew before college and she was okay. I always liked hanging out with her on trips and things, but she got on my nerves some times. I remember why.

We were driving back from dinner and see some girls on a corner in clothes that were less than modest. BUT. Then this girl sticks her head out of my passenger window and says something slightly rude and completely uncalled for.

JUST. IT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY AND WAS NOTHING BUT HURTFUL.

If you're going to say something about their clothes and you do not know them, at least be kind about it. At least make it constructive and, if you're godly like I know she's supposed to be, show some love in it rather than making fun of them and saying they look 'skanky.'

I have been called 'the least judgmental person ever.' But I feel judgmental!! What does that make everyone else, I wonder? :/

Anyways, I do not like people who are jerks for no good reason. And I try to avoid being overly hurtful to people, especially the ones I do not know. I try to speak about people with whom I am not familiar with respect and an awareness of what can happen in a person's life to make them the way they are. It bothers me when other people do not do the same. :( Which is why I do not have a lot of good friends I suppose- my standards are apparently kind of high. Or something. But I am not going to lower them.

1) OK SO. SASUKE. IS ADORABLE HERE. That is Naruto's arm holding him, in case you didn't figure it out already. I actually made this icon myself. The image is from a REALLY ADORABLE DOUJIN. I can't remember what it's called & it isn't translated, but it was freekin awesome and gave me sasunaru overload. I have it on my computer if you DESPERATELY NEED IT. :D WHAT HAPPENS: It's during Shippuden, and it starts off with Naruto and Sai. Probably Naruto says something about missing Sasuke because Sai inks a REALLY CUTE MINI SASUKE into existance.

2)The weird looking thing is a Popping. :) It's a hella-expensive stuffed toy from some company somewhere. It loves you. the feet come off and are baby poppings. SO CUTE. IF THERE IS ONE THING I MAY OR MAY NOT LOVE MORE THAN MY FANDOM, IT'S WEIRD LOOKING STUFFED ANIMALS. It looks super intense and kind of scary in my icon, but it's acutally pink with brown fur and really sweet. I made it when I first started screwing around with my families lame version of photo shop. It's not even by adobe. It's JASC something. My greatest achievement here was making the fur look furrier, because the texture was lost with the color.

3)This was actually the first icon I made in a series of squirt gun icons. Probably the most well executed. I was inspired by my friend's old xanga page. (heh. xanga.) she had this really badass layout with a squirt gun at the top that said "my squirt gun packs heat." (my text is so original.)

4)This is from the same doujin as #1! Naruto looks really happy where he is.<3 This is from the second half of the doujin, where Kabuto gives Sasuke a Naruto doll. AND THEN SASUKE MAKES KABUTO SEW A MAID OUTFIT FOR IT. 8D LOL. Sasuke and Naruto meet at the end and the ink-Sasuke ends up cuddling the maid doll-Naruto. AWESOME.

5)I took this icon from senbonzakura77. I love Kushina and this is my favorite icon of her. I feel like it's symbolic or something, but mostly I just like all the red and the character.
YEAH. KUSHINA. REPRESENT!!

A note on 1 & 4) I actually made a couple of icons with the same kind of color scheme as these. They're really cute (I think)! Lemme know if you want any. Or if you want that doujin. I could email it to you if I can find it.

My grandpa is in the hospital you guys, and this has resulted in a family crisis for the past two weeks or so. Whatever writing I was getting done effectively stopped as a result, and will probably not start again until my parents get it together at the house and I can stop running over there from here at Tech. I haven't even been keeping up with all my homework. I SKIPPED A FUCKING EXAM the other day because I DID NOT KNOW A DAMN THING. D: Luckily, there is a makeup exam, so I'm not worried about my grade yet.

I have been running back and forth trying to help keep the house running. Both my parents work full time, so I end up watching my brother, cooking, doing laundry, and generally being the mom of the house.

My mom and I are going to see him tonight; he's somewhere near Salem, which is, like, an hour away. He's acting all crazy and combative and HE ONLY RECOGNIZES MY DAD.

So.
Yes.
Maybe writing will wait until summer. WHICH IS FUCKING LAME, BUT THERE YOU GO. D:
